Is the notion of 100% board giving archaic?

In a 2020 article, the author lists several very valid reasons why NPO’s should change their notion that 100% board giving is required and is right.  The three that stood out most to me were it is culturally insensitive, it’s meaningless and prevents more meaningful engagement, and perpetuates power dynamics.  Surely, this is a thought-provoking read!
